With over 12 years of business management, sales, marketing and real estate experience, Tita has gained the ability to work with a broad range of clientele seeking Vancouver Real Estate. From assisting buyers, sellers and veteran investors, her main priority is to ensure her clients are Real Estate knowledgeable, and educated on all segments of the market. Having the opportunity to be a homeowner, and own investment properties herself, she understands the importance of having your property work for you, now, and later, when it is time to sell. Her ability to gain a positive return for her clients is her strength, and with that comes strong negotiations and expertise on the financial aspects of Real Estate. Coming from a corporate management background, and assisting in opening up Sephora Western Canada in 2008, gave her understanding of the immediate demand, pressure, and accelerated thinking required for OUR Vancouver Market. Tita has quickly gained the reputation of “taking care” of her clients. Continuing a strong relationship after the sale is complete, is imperative to her success. She is privileged to have her clients, family and friends continue to refer her for this very reason, and speaking Spanish fluently has earned her the opportunity to assist her international clients with the same care and expertise. Tita has a strong passion for charity and volunteering. She was one of seven founding member's of HALOS – (Helping Assist Local Organizations Society), who in their first year of inception - raised $125,000 for Kids Forever, and focuses on local non-profits needing funding. The B.C. Transplant Society has also affected her family in a positive way and is very near and dear to her heart.
